Our client, who are a leading social housing provider, are currently recruiting for experienced Floor layer

This will be working in Tenanted properties, customer care/service is key apart of the role.
- Full floor laying duties
- Flooring and floor tiler
- Fitting floors to wet rooms, upstands and hot and cold welds
- Measuring, estimating and ordering quantities of floor coverings
- Cuts, spreading adhesive cement and latex screeding
- Laying out centrelines and underlays of hardboard sheets
- Covering materials and joining sections of sheet covering
- Prepare and complete floor laying and finished using vinyl, linoleum, rubber, sheet (including Polysafe)
- Tile as hard floor finishing including carpet laying
- Hot Weld Joints

To be successful for the role you need:

- CSCS Card - Advantageous
- Driving Licence
- Own Tools

The Company Offers
- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30
- Company van for work purpose will need to be left at the Yard overnight.
