An exciting opportunity for an experienced BREEAM Assessor (Accredited Professional preferred) to join a multi-disciplinary building services consultancy

**We are based in Ascot Berkshire but role could be fulfilled by remote working anywhere within the UK**

**About the Company**
- Established in 2000 a friendly and dynamic multi-discipline engineering consultancy providing M&E Design, Low Carbon Consultants, Energy & Sustainability
- We are a medium size consultancy working with big businesses across a varied market sectors, including Distribution/Logistics, Retail, Residential
- We achieved the World’s first BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ for both Department Store and Supermarket
- Our unique approach to managing the BREEAM process results in our primary consultant appointment for many leading brands

**About the Role**
- Working within the Energy & Sustainability team, you will be required to undertake BREEAM assessments throughout the project life cycle.
- Supporting assessments with evidence from the design to construction stages.
- Work responsively with both clients, design team and the Synergy internal team
- Ability to expand the role to additional services including LCA’s, LCC’s, WELL

**About You**
- Must be a qualified BREEAM Assessor - Accredited Professional would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a minimum 3 years experience of delivering BREEAM assessments through to final certification
- Familiar with the building services design industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills that will be utilised with clients and team members.
- Written and verbal skills are of a high standard.
- Microsoft Office and Windows proficient.
- Excellent time management skills and comfortable working remotely & autonomously.
