**The Role**

This role will suit a highly motivated and creative marketer who is passionate about staying up to date with the latest social media best practices. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate our social media activity efforts to support our overall marketing strategy and achieve quarterly objectives.
- Responsible for creating, executing and managing organic social media activity.
- Create engaging and channel-specific content based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with our Graphic Designer and Content Team to produce engaging on-brand content across our social media platforms.
- Support Digital Marketing Manager deliver campaign-related social media campaigns, following best practices.
- Support to protect and grow Astutis’ brand awareness and perception across our social media platforms.
- Be equipped with the latest social media algorithm updates and platform developments.
- Able to critically evaluate and measure social media activity success, feeding the learnings into the Marketing Team.
- Proactively research trends and insights to recommend and test new methods to engage with Astutis’ social community.

**About You**
- Proven track record in Social Media Marketing content creation
- Understanding of various social media platforms and analytic tools
- Passion for keeping up to date with the latest industry developments
- A clear understanding of the impact of social media on the marketing strategy
- Ability to analyse results and make strategic recommendations
- Formal Marketing, Creative or Communications qualification
- Ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines whilst demonstrating strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a great eye for detail
- Excellent communication, presentation and copy-writing skills

**Desirable Skills**
- Adobe Creative Cloud skills
- Experience using social media publishing, listening and reporting platforms
- Experience with social monitoring and listening
- Understanding of GoogleAnalytics/ GA4
