Housing Property Compliance Officer

**Directorate** - **Adult Care, Housing & Public Health**
**37 hours per week, permanent**
There is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Property Service. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the Council fulfil its statutory compliance duties.
You will take responsibility for one of the specialist compliance areas ensuring that robust performance management and quality assurance frameworks are in place for property compliance. You will also be responsible for developing and managing robust procedures, processes and policies in your designated area.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have extensive technical knowledge and experience in a specialist field of compliance including gas, electrical and fire safety, passenger lifts, water hygiene, asbestos and construction.
