**The Company**

PW Direct Manchester manages the sales and marketing solutions for an ever-growing portfolio of nationally recognised clients, including those within telecoms, broadband and non-profitable organisations.

**The Role**

As relationships are at the core of everything we do, you should have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, have high levels of energy and enthusiasm, and be able to remain calm and focused under pressure with the ability to 'bounce back' from setbacks.

**The Day to Day**
- Assisting in increasing our Telco and lotteries client’s market share via in person presentations
- Customer service and acquisition responsibilities
- Handling all customer queries and questions confidently through good product knowledge
- Process sales through a tablet or similar device
- Attend training sessions as needed to progress and develop your skill set.
- Liaising with Management on a regular basis to monitor your progress.

**You**

No Experience - No problem A sales background is welcome but not necessary with our full on-going coaching and structured career path, which also offers a flexible approach to working and supportive environment to help you be at your best and be able to look back and say 'look what I have achieved".

Ideal applicants should be highly driven individuals who wish to develop an upbeat, friendly, resilient, and positive approach to becoming a sales professional.

This solely performance dependant, self-employed role will mostly suit someone who values control, is target driven, and has a sense of ownership and pride in being the best they can be; and more importantly loves the idea of being directly rewarded for it.

Daily uncapped commissions will give you a fantastic platform for higher than average earnings based on your work ethic, which means this could be a great opportunity for people currently working in retail, hospitality, bar staff, shop assistants or other customer service or sales advisor roles, who want to start earning more than the minimum wage Hard work + determination will equal high earnings.
