ORB X has grown from zero to 21 people in just 3 years, and we are continuing to invest heavily in talent to help take us to the next level. We are seeking a talented planning, eCommerce, client or account manager with strong content marketing or ecommerceexperience who can support our growing client services team to implement and maintain several innovative client initiatives.

**The Role**

Ideally this person will have a passion for eCommerce and performance marketing, having a strategic and informed point of view on what makes for an excellent eCommerce strategy, both in terms of marketing and product.

The Client Manager will confidently lead the delivery of key tasks and work closely with other members of the team to do so. They will have exceptional organisational skills, and be comfortable coordinating our weekly internal team and external client statussessions for the tasks they are responsible for, as well as other client calls as needed, taking ownership of ensuring actions and next steps are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.

They will have a point of view on what makes for a strong eCommerce business, and support in building strategic presentations for clients

They will also be responsible for reporting on campaign performance, and confident working with and presenting data to tell a story.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- At least 2 years of experience in either a client-facing agency role or within a D2C business, with experience with digital marketing, eCommerce or content
- Experience working as a point of contact for clients
- Highly organised and commercially intelligent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing client and internal relationships
- Experience with working with eCommerce businesses, and of using key platforms such as Google Analytics and Shopify (or similar)
- Analytically minded with very good attention to detail, able to identify trends in data sets
- Entrepreneurial and keen to learn
