Breakfast Assistant

**Assistant Job Description**

**Duties**:

- Set up the breakfast room for service.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation alongside the chef.
- Maintain kitchen and food safety standards.
- Clear and clean the breakfast room efficiently.
- Uphold core principles, focusing on delivering excellent customer service to guests
- Work in a quick, efficient, and independent manner, confidently managing service in the breakfast room.

**Skills**:

- Strong in service with excellent communication skills.
- Well-spoken, tidy, dependable, and organised in your work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle guest inquiries or concerns
- Car driver essential, as the venue is not accessible by public transport.

**What we offer**:

- Part-time, flexible days to accommodate your schedule.
- We have shifts available from February to December, weekend and weekdays, 4 hours each from 06:30 to 10:30.
