A well respected Salisbury solicitor is looking for a **Litigation Paralegal** to join their Contentious Trust & Probate team. The team advises charities, individuals and professionals and is one one of the most highly ranked teams in the UK.

Experience of liaising with the court (including e-filing) and bundle preparation is essential.

Previous experience of Contentious Trust & Probate, experience of running simple files and preparation of simple court forms, such as certificates of service and statements of costs is desirable but not essential.
