**Job Title**: 1:1 Part-Time Teaching Assistant

**Location**: Poulton le Fylde, Primary School

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Days**: 3 Days a Week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

**Hours**: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

**Salary**: £13.20 - £15.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

**Role Overview**:We are seeking an empathetic 1:1 Part-Time Teaching Assistant to provide focused support to a specific student in the primary school. In this role, you will play a crucial role in helping the student achieve their full potential by offering tailored assistance and fostering a positive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work one-on-one with the designated student, providing targeted support.
- Assist the classroom teacher in adapting lessons to meet the student's needs.
- Create an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere.
- Monitor the student's progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure the student's success.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a school setting is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet individual student needs.
- A relevant qualification in education or teaching support is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Level 1/2/3 or equivalent in childcare
