Role Overview and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our company as a Quality Apprentice. As a Quality Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in maintaining and improving our organization's quality management systems and processes. You will work closely with our Integrated Management Systems Lead to ensure that our Electronic Management System and processes are aligned throughout the division. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to start their career in quality management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry into multiple Q-Pulse databases, liaising with other administrators to ensure all data entry points are completed.
- Communicate and coordinate with multiple sites around the world to achieve standardization of Business processes.
- Generate, maintain, and communicate Divisional metrics and dashboards from Q-Pulse Data
- Assist the IMS Lead with Q-Pulse related tasks.
- Support with the generation and roll out of divisional level procedures and processes.
- Learn and understand the company's quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control measures and processes.
- Participate in quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze quality data from multiple databases, generate reports, and make recommendations based on findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
Requirements:

- Awareness of Q-Pulse is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong interest in quality management and a desire to build a career in the field.
- A Levels or equivalent. A degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address quality issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control tools and techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing quality requirements and industry standards.
