**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently allocate and dispatch taxis to meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Monitor and manage the fleet's schedule and availability.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, dispatches, and driver details.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using computer and dispatch software.
- Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role is preferred.
