Transport Administrator

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive Transport Administrator to join our team within our office based in Thornhill, Dumfries and Galloway. You will be responsible for the day to day administrative duties required for this role and will ideally have relevant previous experience within an office environment, however full training will be available as required.

Duties will include:

- Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work
- Coordinating travel arrangements, which will cover a variety of tasks that can include booking hotels and ferries
- Answering Telephone
- Daily communication with our customers
- Communicating information to staff

Applicant must have the following skills:

- Punctual
- Computer literate including knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
