**Job Title**: Housekeeping Supervisor

**Reports to**: Housekeeping Operations Manager

Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring exceptional guest experiences? Blackpool Resort is seeking enthusiastic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will work closely with another supervisor and support our Housekeeping Manager in daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular room checks to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff members to maintain high performance levels.
- Assist in daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to implement and uphold cleanliness protocols.
- Monitor inventory and report any shortages or issues to the management team.
- Ensure that all areas of the resort are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Address guest concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Desirable requirements**:

- Previous experience of managing teams of people.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
