We currently have **Full and Part Time** Positions available for **Support Workers **to join our fantastic team based in the* Manchester Area**. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£18,325 to £18,576 per annum (depending on qualifications)**. Sleepovers are paid at £50 per night.**

We are an innovative community project working with people with a learning disability and mental health issues who have additional needs. Due to ongoing expansion, our positive and supportive management team and the people we work with are looking for **Support Workers** to join the team.
**Our ideal** **Support Workers**:

- Experience in working with adults with learning disabilities and additional needs OR experience in mental health or youth work is desirable but not essential.
- The flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends is essential.

**Support Workers** must have a strong value base, with an ability to respect the client's wishes and views and enable them to enjoy a full and enriched life of their choosing, confident of high quality, safe services, promoting independence, well-being and dignity
