**Disability Assessor**

**Starting Salary - Full time - £35,000 (Part time roles differ)**
**Alongside the above - a monthly 10% quality performance bonus**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a unique blend of 3 assessment per day helping those in need.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records to complete in depth report writing.
- Maintain a professional manner when dealing with all claimants.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience in Nursing (RMN, RGN, RLDN) / Occupational Therapist/ Paramedic/ Physiotherapist.
- Minimum 24 months post-qualification experience in Children Nursing.
- Active registration with _**NMC/HCPC**_ with no practice restrictions.
- No prior Disability Assessor experience required; comprehensive training provided.

As a Disability Assessor, you will play a crucial role in helping claimants navigate the claim process by conducting a unique work blend of engaging consultations. Your expertise will assist in producing comprehensive health and well-being reports, ensuring claimants receive the support they deserve, all while maintaining your respected healthcare license with the **NMC or HCPC.**

You'll embark on a fully paid remote classroom training, equipped with the necessary IT tools, during your initial 6 weeks of employment with 1 week in your local clinic. Throughout your journey, you'll receive continuous support from an experienced team, setting you up for success.
