Yard Foreman

Yard Foreman required to join an industry leading builders merchant based in Hampshire. The company are continuously growing and require an experienced Yard Foreman to join their team to ensure a smooth running of the yard.

The suitable Yard Foreman will have worked within a similar role where they have experience of supervising a team of Yard Operatives and assisting customers in the yard. The successful Yard Foreman will have a forklift license and ideally have good knowledgeof building materials.

**Yard ForemanPosition Overview**
- Supervision of Yard Operatives
- Make sure there are high customer service levels on the yard
- Help recruit and train new members of staff
- Assist with customer requirements in the yard
- Help load and unload deliveries

**Yard ForemanPosition Requirements**
- Forklift License
- Experience working within a similar role
- Supervision / Management experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Building materials knowledge
