**Management Accountant - Grimsby - Up to £45,000**
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a UK leading business in its field to recruit and Management Accountant into their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and dynamic business who are seeking an individual who will helplook after the management accounts and provide analysis for budget holders. This role works closely with the Commercial Financial Controller and is responsible for the Finance Assistant, this company will help the right individual grow and develop their career.

**Management Accountant Responsibilities**:

- Preparing consolidated monthly management accounts and present to Financial Controller
- Balance sheet reconciliations including bank accounts, purchase and sales ledger
- Preparing overhead analysis by department, for budget holders to review variances to budget
- Monthly reconciliations and variance reporting on the cost of sales nominal codes
- Cashflow management and forecasting
- Preparation of year end accounts with external advisors
- Co-ordination of annual budget (overheads)
- Responsible for submission of VAT returns
- Electronic bank transfers including weekly payment run
- Looking after and supporting the Finance Assistant

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Ideally qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA however strong QBE and PQ would be considered
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and management.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong excel experience in pivots and lookups
