Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create original designs for clothing and accessories
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, to produce sketches and technical drawings
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise new collections
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects
- Create mood boards and colour palettes for each collection
- Utilise CAD software to bring designs to life
- Work on graphic design projects as needed
- Oversee the production process to ensure final products meet design specifications and quality standards
- Create designs that cater to the cultural preferences of our diverse clientele, including specialized projects like traditional wear for specific communities.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator
- Familiarity with CAD software and graphic design tools
- Strong sketching abilities to visualise design concepts
- Excellent understanding of garment construction and têxtiles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently
