**QUALITY ENGINEER/INSPECTOR - Stonehouse**

Located in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, they are a highly respected, high volume manufacturer supplying globally. A longstanding family owned private business which has invested heavily over the last 15 years in a brand new, purpose-built factory and new equipment.

Our client is looking for a conscientious, hands on worker willing to develop and progress with the company.

**Duties to include**:

- Inspection of components and parts to customer specifications
- Working from PFMEA control plans
- Use of a range of CMM’s (Werth/Aberlink)
- Use of standard measuring equipment such as micrometer, shadowgraphs, Vernier’s, Contour tracer, as well as other gauges both manual and digital
- In process quality checks ensuring critical dimensions are achieved
- Final quality inspection, checking parts match the job sheet paperwork
- Completion of inspection reports and documentation
- Monitor and review in line with customer requirements
- Provide inspection data and quality assurance information to senior management
- Calibration of company measuring equipment.
- Quality Inspection background withing engineering or manufacturing
- Previous CMM experience an advantage
- Automotive background highly beneficial
- Ability and confidence using manual and digital measuring equipment
- Able to work independently

This is a full time, permanent role which is immediately available.
- £25,000 + per annum
- 33 days holiday (incl. statutory)
