**Inbound** is partnered with a local non-profit organisation based in Falkirk in search of a Deaf Advocate to join their sensory center.

**Your New Organisation**:
Is a hub for people with visual or hearing loss and where friends, families, carers and the wider community can participate in accessible social groups and receive quality services and advice from partner organisations. Their vision is to create a world where people with sensory loss live inclusive, confident lives, and due to growing demand for their support, they are in need of a passionate Deaf Advocate to help spread awareness of their services.

**Your Role**:
The Deaf Advocate will expand services for people with hearing loss in Forth Valley by conducting information sessions, building relationships, and exploring support options. They'll also consider creating outreach social groups. Administrative tasks include reporting, collecting feedback, and tracking engagement.

**About You**:

- Required:_
- Personal experience of hearing loss/Deafness
- Strong planning and interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with presentations
- Preferred:_
- Knowledge of BSL is advantageous

**What We Can Offer**:

- Part-time / Flexible working - 14 hours per week
- Salary of £9610 (£13.20p/h)
- Fixed-term contract of 3 years
- Hybrid working with travel into Clackmannanshire/Stirling/Falkirk

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
