**Job summary**:
45 Commando Royal Marines (45 Cdo RM) is based at Royal Marines Condor in Angus on the edge of Arbroath town. It is an Operational Unit providing UK contingency components to the MOD in a myriad of forms.

Civil Service (CS) Staff directly provide support to Unit training and operational activities. Working within the Logistics Coy, the Job Holder will provide a critical support function ensuring H&S compliance for the use of the Motor Transport Fuel Installation to enable Unit operational and training activity.

**Job description**:
The Fuel & Oil Supervisor role is an essential support function at 45 Cdo RM.

**The Main Tasks involve**:

- To supervise any delivery of bulk fuels and oils, and in the absence another member of MT will be nominated to carry out this task. To be responsible for the cleanliness and general maintenance of the fuel pumps and the surrounding areas, paying particular attention to fire precautions and general safety.
- To collect data from the POL computer system and download and print AFG 1033 and AFG825. To account for fuel and POL products and the breakdown of costs to the Group, incorporating this into stock reports for the MTO or delegated person carrying out the monthly stock check.
- At the end of each Month close Vehicle Work Tickets & calculate and print the mileage and fuel used. At the end of each Month check Fuel agency card receipts against the Work Tickets. Maintain COSH assessments for all items within the BFI.
- Assume the duties of a multi fleet Including car, van, LGV, HGV and coach driver when required.

**Person specification**:
It is desirable that you have experience in the following but full training is available:

- Experience in managing a Bulk Fuel Installation.
- Experience of current MOD IT systems.
- UK Manual Driving Licence with Cat D.

- It is essential you hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence with Cat B, C, C+E and no more than 6 penalty points.**Behaviours**:
