**About Our Client -**

Our Client is a leading Microsoft MSP with specialist practice focus on Microsoft 365, Office 365 and Azure platforms.

They are a dynamic, modern business with a focused and dynamic team who enjoy working together to deliver the customers a great experience over the past 15 years our client has built a very successful and growing Cloud practice, providing Microsoft Solutionsto help clients develop and grow.

**The Role -**

As a Sales Executive you will work with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify and close sales opportunities. You will work closely with prospects and clients to understand their challenges, risks, goals and requirements, whilst also working closely withour internal teams to identify the best solutions aligned to the client’s needs.

Microsoft 365 technology form part of the overall sale. We’re looking for someone who can win new logos and upsell to the existing client base. Your focus will be on closing SME and SMB space, this is a targeted role, where you'll generate your own appointmentsand follow up on qualified leads, the key focus of the role will be to make sure the customer has the right cloud solution for their needs.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Generate new leads in alignment with our clients services capability and manage the end-to-end sales process to secure new business revenue for both consultancy and managed services
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the services portfolio
- Help grow the company’s sales pipeline by generating new business
- Engage with clients and prospects to understand their needs and help find the right solution for them
- Arrange and attend client virtual meetings
- Deliver customer presentations
- Work to agreed targets and KPI’s
- Effectively manage your own diary and pipeline
- Maintain awareness of and follow company procedures and guidelines, including security, regulatory and quality related matters
- Comply with all relevant legislative and legal requirements, including industry regulations, employment law, Data Protection and Health and Safety
- Demonstrate behaviours that promote our values.
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested.

**Personal Specification Required**:

- 2 years + sales experience in IT, Software or Cloud based solutions
- Experience of working within an Office 365, Microsoft 365 environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experienced in engaging at the senior, executive, IT decision maker level
- Be passionate and driven to achieve great results
- Be a quick learner that is keen to understand new technologies
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be client focused and proud of delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Must be willing to undergo Microsoft certified training in Microsoft 365 and progress to Azure
- Be great at building and developing relationships (both with clients and internally)
- This is an external role and will require you to work from home via Teams and travel to client sites may be required post covid-19
