Driver / Storekeeper

Storekeeper/Driver is responsible for maintaining stores/sheds and preparing orders according to picking lists. A current Forklift licence is necessary for this position.

To carry out deliveries and collection of goods to and from FIS Chemicals Ltd premises.

**Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:
**Stores**:

- Take delivery of goods delivered into FIS Chemicals Ltd premises, with the use of forklifts where required. Ensure that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner and check for damages and quantity.
- Put materials away in stores/sheds after deliveries in a FIFO order.
- Prepare orders according to picking lists and arrange for delivery or customer collection.
- Assist with decanting of batch made products and preparation of same i.e. correct containers/labels/regulatory stickers.
- Creation of purchase orders and recording goods inwards/outwards using Company TASK system, if required.
- Ensure checks to verify stock levels for re-ordering are accurate and appropriate, if required.
- Observes safety requirements set forth by the Company.
- Performs any other duties as required.

**Driving**:

- To make deliveries to various locations within the Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire geographical area and further afield where necessary.
- To ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials onto vehicles and assisting colleagues in this task where necessary. All materials must be secure on the vehicles to enable safe transportation and to avoid loss or damage.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Driving: 2 years (preferred)
- Forklift Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
- Cat C Licence (preferred)
- CPC Licence (preferred)
- Digi Tacho Card (preferred)
