Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to work for a pre-school. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. If you have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate children
- Proficiency in English language
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or related field (e.g., diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education)

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
