**The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Devon area. We are looking for multiple Bakery and Machine Operatives to join the team.**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 5am until 1:30am one week and 1:30pm until 10pm the next (rotate)

**Pay Rate**: £10.75 to £13.00 per hour PAYE

**Location**: Honiton, EX14

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**The role**:

- Specialisation in crafting a diverse selection of premium hand-baked flapjacks, crumbles, and cake slices.
- Working in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
- Engage in tasks such as crafting, selecting, and packaging orders to fulfil tight deadlines.
- Adapt to the physical demands of the role as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Be hard-working and motivated, with the ability to meat deadlines.
- Have the ability to cope in a physically demanding role.
- Previous experience working in a bakery is extremely advantageous.
- Production experience is a must.
- Be accustomed to a rotating shift pattern.
- Have independent transport or live locally to commute to and from work.
