**Job Title: Choice Based Lettings Adviser**
**Contract: 3 months temp ongoing**
**Location: Ellesmere Port**

**Hours: 37**
**Purpose of the Role**
**Main Responsibilities**
- To identify applicants who should be excluded because of Anti-Social Behaviour and debt in line with the agreed policy and to provide the supporting information to the Team Leader to decide.
- To receive expressions of bidding interest from customers and input these accurately and timely on the CBL system.
- To identify vulnerable customers and to update the vulnerable register in line with agreed procedures.

**Requirements Location**:

- NVQ level 3 qualification in housing or related field
- English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above
- Must have some experience working in housing options/ an allocations and lettings service dealing with choice-based lettings or general housing enquiries.
- Experience in dealing with members of the public, providing a high-class service in a customer-focused environment.
- Dealing with, investigating, and resolving situations involving applicants on the housing register.
- Knowledge of housing related databases and software.
- Experience of working in an allocations/lettings service including knowledge of current legislation and best practice.
- Highly ICT literate with advanced ICT skills in Microsoft office products.
