We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our team. We are a medium sized hotel in the busy tourist area of Betws-y-coed. We have a restaurant, lounge and bar serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. All our staff and friendly and welcoming and put customer service at the heart of our business. As hotel receptionist you will be the 1st point of call for most of our guests and as such should be a friendly, professional and approachable person.

We are constantly striving to improve, therefore, as a member of our team you must be highly motivated with excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Essential:
Minimum of two years experience in a customer service role
Excellent computer skills
Proven record of providing excellent customer service

Job description:
Serving customers in person over the phone
Responding to customer comment and resolving problems
Managing bookings
Contacting suppliers of the hotel
Demonstrating creativity and flexibility in your approach to customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.50-£11.50 per hour
