We are currently located in 18 sites throughout the UK and Europe, and we are looking for a HR Administrator to join our busy HR team, to support with the day to day tasks such as:

- Provide administrative support for all onboarding new starters.
- Provide administrative support for high volume recruitment.
- Provide administrative support for learning & development.
- Ensure all references, criminal record and right to work checks are carried out fully, in a timely manner and monitored as per the guidelines.
- Manage the new starter process from offer letter through to joining instructions and induction
- Update contracts with changes to Terms and Conditions
- Organise inductions and prepare all relevant paperwork to support this process.
- Administer the probationary and annual review periods.
- Manage the leaver administration process
- Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures to include advice, taking minutes and transcribing.
- Will be prepared to study for/or already have a CIPD qualification
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
