Dental Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. **Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly welcome
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Collect and record patient information accurately
- Maintain patient records and update as necessary
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using dental software systems
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Professional and have the ability to handle confidential information
