**F/T Permanent SIA Security & First Aid Trainer/Assessor required for Belfast with occasional travel to Scotland.**

Deliver a high quality Door Supervisor, CCTV, First Aid and Health & Safety training to learners in line with the company's training programmes.

**Duties will include**:

- Assess and support learners working towards accredited qualifications in Door Supervision, CCTV Operations and First Aid
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
- Ability to work according to awarding Body's standards.
- Ability to self-manage.
- Able to work individually or in a team.
- Display a commitment to develop their own skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate students.
- Help to develop new learning materials.
- Identify students that may have learning difficulties whilst encouraging them in a sensitive manner.

**Essential Criteria**:
You must hold the relevant training qualifications and be able to demonstrate sector competence (a minimum of 3 years front line operational experience in the last 10 years relevant to the qualification you are delivering) and satisfy any additional unit specific requirements for the relevant qualification.
- Have a full understanding of different awarding body's requirements.
- Level 3 PTLLS or AET (Trainer Qualification of Higher)
- Hold a license with an SIA approved PI program provider, with evidence of annual refresher training.
- Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification or above
- Level 3 qualification in the Delivery of Conflict Management training
- Level 3 Physical Intervention
- Level 3 Assessors' qualification (Desirable)
- 3 years' experience in security industry working as a Door Supervisor
- Experience in delivering Security, Door Supervisor, CCTV Operator & First Aid Qualification
- Available to travel to Scotland approximately once a month for 2-3 days

**Hours of work**:Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00 pm

**Salary: £25,000 - £30,000**
