Annicom is a global organization that designs, manufactures, electronic products for a variety of industries. Products are sold worldwide.

This position is located at our European headquarters in Bordon, UK.

The main focus of this role is the test of products, ensuring they meet the required performance and quality levels with additional responsibility for aiding the improvement of processes for the assembly and test of further products as directed by the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Test of assemblies as directed by the Production Manager - using the latest relevant assembly processes and drawings, Test Specification Procedure (TSP) and calibrated test equipment.
- Inspection and checking of Packing of Customer Orders in accordance with current procedures.
- Reporting faults.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. This includes: safe working practices e.g. housekeeping and use of Personal Protection Equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes and appropriate ESD precautions - anti-static clothing, wrist straps, etc)
- Safe use of hand tools, fixtures, power tools, torque wrenches etc.
- Use of computer systems to access information.
- Contribute to the Company's efforts to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Understanding Customer and Shop Orders.

Key Competencies
- A detailed knowledge of hand tools and tool selection.
- Electronic testing and fault diagnosis to component level.
- Ability to read and understand Test Procedures, Engineering, Assembly and Manufacturing drawings.
- An Electro-mechanical / Electronic Wiring background would be an advantage but not necessary.
- Experience with electro - mechanical and / or electronic assemblies would be an advantage but not necessary.
- Ability to safely handle and move awkward and / or heavy items as reqd.

**Qualifications**:
Full relevant training will be provided. As a minimum the following qualifications would be advantageous but not prescriptive.
- GCSE or equivalent level Mathematics.
