**The individual will work as part of the Engineering team and should demonstrate a desire to develop a sound knowledge of all services within their chosen apprenticeship and become part of the larger GRAHAM team in the area. **The Apprentice**
**Plumber will**
**be responsible for**:

- Attending college and complete the modules as per the course conditions.
- Providing an effective and efficient service to customers with regards to mechanical and plumbing maintenance repairs, minor alterations and project work as part of the larger delivery team working alongside the qualified tradesman.
- Learning in-depth working knowledge of building regulations with regards to heating and plumbing installations
- Undertaking plumbing and heating maintenance throughout our client’s sites
- Providing exceptional maintenance services to our high profile clients and going the extra mile to deliver the highest quality standards in all areas of your performance.
- Using your own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with reactive maintenance activities, including sourcing parts & materials and seeking manufacturer technical support.
- Carrying out all works within agreed timescales and to the highest standards, ensuring that you comply with current regulations and contract specifications.
- Reporting and recording procedures, including operation and maintenance logs and control measures to minimise risks.
- Utilizing PDAs or electronic devices to complete works.
- Liaising closely with our Helpdesk to ensure efficient response to all works either working on your own or as part of a team.
- Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to.
- Dealing with a variety of Clients on a daily basis. You will represent the Company and be courteous and professional in your dealings with them at all times.

**About You**:
**Essential Criteria**

1. GCSE Qualifications in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)

2. Full or provisional driving license

3. Be responsible for travelling to and from the required place of work

1. Five GCSE’s at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)

2. Previous experience in maintaining buildings/properties
