Office Assistant for Human Resources

We are currently expanding our HR team to provide support and management of HR processes and procedures of an employee life cycle from recruitment to leavers. You will work as part of a small team and gain exposure to many different tasks under the HR function within a company striving for continuous improvement. You will be supported in gaining CIPD qualification as part of your continuous personal development.
Role responsibilities overview
- Assist with HR processes and procedures, providing support for all administrative HR duties.
- Support the HR Advisor to implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and continuous improvements in the department.
- Maintaining confidentiality as per Data Protection Act.
- Ensure policies and procedures are updated and circulated in line with company and employment law changes.
- Providing customer service to organisation employees.

- Administration experience in a customer facing environment
- Desire for continuous learning
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines
**Desirable**
- 1 years’ experience in a Human Resource support role
- Customer service background
