Town and Country Planner - Part-time

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a multi-disciplinary Environmental Consultancy in their search for a Town Planner in North Shropshire

My client is a well-established Consultancy and our looking for a talented Town Planner to join the growing team The team work across a range of specialties such as minerals, waste, housing and leisure as expertise lies within mineral reserve assessmentsand leases. The firm often work with local authorities, landowners, SME and larger PLC's which allow the team to work on a range of projects.

The Role

Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Preparing written reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and local governments
- Lead the country and town planning work, making sure it is up to date with legislation
- Requirements:_
- RTPI Accredited degree
- Several years planning experience post-qualification
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to manage own workload
