**Sustainability Officer/Specialist**

**Milton Keynes/Hybrid**

This Sustainability Officer/Sustainability Specialist role is a brilliant opportunity to work at a well-known and much-loved consumer brand. Domino’s is in the early stages of implementing a new sustainability strategy which underpins its corporate purpose to Deliver a Better Future Through Food People Love.

The purpose of the role is to both embed and progress change, and will be based around data analysis, reporting, compliance, and project management. The role sits in the Communications Team and reports to the Senior Corporate Communications & Sustainability Manager.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Coordinating, collating, analysing, and presenting accurate sustainability data and information to both internal and external stakeholders
- Project managing and drafting reporting requirements including, but not limited to, annual Modern Slavery Statement, SASB submissions, SBTi, and CDP submissions.
- Managing internal sustainability Working Groups including setting agendas, keeping records and helping to ensure workstreams are on track
- Monitoring the sustainability landscape and ensuring the team is kept updated on new sustainability trends, auditing requirements, standards, and ratings agency requirements
- Working with Supply Chain colleagues to help ensure suppliers meet our sustainability requirements
- Working with Investor Relations, Company Secretary, and Communications teams to produce sustainability content for the Group’s Annual Report as well as project managing the production of an annual Sustainability Report
- Proposing new ideas, focus areas or accreditations relating to sustainability
- Providing support for communicating the sustainability strategy, as well as some day-to-day support for general corporate communications

**What we are looking for**
- Experience of a sustainability role within a corporate or consultancy - ideally within, or working with, a FTSE listed company
- Experience of drafting and submitting sustainability reporting requirements, such as SASB, CDP and Modern Slavery Reports
- Experience of tracking and recording sustainability data
- A good understanding of the Science Based Targets initiative and its requirements
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
- Project management skills
- Ability to understand at times complex and technical sustainability matters
- A passion for sustainability and strong knowledge of ESG trends
