CCA Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with our client who due to their continued growth are seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join the team. The role will be based on site in Glasgow and offers excellent training, benefits and ongoing development and progression opportunities.
The Pensions Administrator is responsible for the efficient administration and management of pension schemes within the organisation. This role involves handling various tasks related to pension contributions, benefits, and ensuring compliance with pension regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Continued review of processes and recommendations
- Development of process improvements.
- Working as part of a team to ensure delivery of key development tasks.
- Providing a source of product knowledge for other departments.
- Engaging with colleagues across the business to elicit requirements for new and existing projects.
- Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Accurate attention to detail
**Essential Skills / Experience**:
- Knowledge on schemes.
- Experience running payroll.
- Experience administering annuity policies.
- Experience in OMO transfers.
- Technical knowledge in Pension & Annuity rules and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service skills.
