Telesales Closer

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold calling potential B2B clients and converting leads into sales.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Identifying potential new business opportunities and following up on leads.
- Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, specifically in closing sales over the phone.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficient in Google and CRM softwares.

Salary and Benefits:
The basic salary for this position ranges from £17,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition, there is an uncapped OTE (On-Target Earnings) of £60,000+.
