A Special Educational Needs School, based in the Nottinghamshire area, require staff to support pupils aged between 5 to 19 years with a variety of special needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), SEMH, behaviours that challenge, MLD, SLD and speech, language and communications needs. Staff are encouraged to help pupils build on their resilience, respect, confidence and to take responsibility for their work and behaviour, in order to reach their full potential.

The schools and provisions require confident, caring, empathetic and reliable teaching assistants or Higher-Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join their support team. You will be required to provide general support and to work on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.

**About the Role**:
Special Needs Teaching Assistant or HLTAs
ASAP - Full time and Part time work available
Monday to Friday (Term Time)
8.30am - 4.00pm
£75 - £85 per day

Needs to be able to drive and have access to a car at all times (if you have access via a bus route or train then please still apply)

Previous SEN experience - highly desirable but not essential (please state transferable skills for the role)

Caring & Nurturing

Confident & Reliable

Driving - desirable but not essential (if using public transport must be flexiable)

Team Teach & NAPPI trained or experienced - highly desirable but not essential.

TA Qualification L3 - desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
