Dental Receptionist

**Dental Receptionist Required**

A dental receptionist is required for our busy Private / NHS practice in Southam for 4 - 5 days per week.

As the first point of contact for the practice you will need to be calm, caring and welcoming with excellent communication skills to ensure that the patient journey is of a high-quality experience and that patient feels at ease during their visit.

You will need to promote a professional image, be highly motivated and flexible in the role and enjoy working as part of a team. You will also be required to educate yourself to follow procedures and policies within the practice

Experience in a customer service dental role is essential.

Main duties will include:

- Reception Administration
- Marketing and promoting practice services
- Answering telephone calls with a helpful courteous manner
- Scheduling appointments and management of the appointment book overall using our dental software SOE
- Promoting the growth of our Dental Care Plan and managing the plan administration.
- Educate themselves to follow procedures and policies within the practice
- Collect and record patient payments

Hours of work

Mon - Wed 8.15am - 5.45pm

Thurs 8.15am - 5.30pm

Fri 8.15am - 4.30pm

One Saturday per month 8.15am - 1.00pm

Experience: Previous dental reception, office and or customer service experience required, IT literacy is essential

- Southam, CV47 1PH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

- English (required)
