My client based in a location on the outskirts of Thame is looking for an Administrator.
The duties of the Administrator will be to:
- Organise site set ups and support.
- Compile operation and maintenance manuals.
- Monitor monthly health and safety reports.
- Organise meetings.
- Filing, printing and manage tool hire.
- General office admin to include answering the phones.
- Any other duties at the request of management.
To be successful in the Administrator role you will have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in office administration.
- Be organised and work independently as well as in a team.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Have a flexible attitude to work and keen to learn new skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8-5pm or 7.30-4.30pm.
Salary 23-25K.
