**Content Creator | Charity | East Kent, Hybrid | £25,000 - £27,000**

We work with a charity based in East Kent, they are looking for a Content Creator who will join the team in gathering and creating engaging content that can be used across a variety of social media channels.

**The Job**

Working in a sub team of 3 you’ll be gathering the content needed to bring the organisations work to life. You’ll be confident seeking out content opportunities and come up with new and creative ways to engage customers. Day to day you’ll
- Proactively seek out video and photography creation opportunities within the business
- Lead on You Tube channel management and on the launch of TikTok
- Plan, capture, edit and prepare content for use across a range of channels
- Work with the Marketing team on script writing for video content
- Lead on photo and video shoots with third party agencies
- Review performance, provide suggestions for improvements to the marketing strategy
- Stay ahead of best practices with regards to photography and videography format, length and quality

**What you’ll bring**

A confident, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail. You’ll also possess
- An understanding of how to utilise photo, video and sound to create engaging content
- Knowledge of editing photo, video and sound content
- A good working knowledge of social media channels
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, InDesign and PhotoShop
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, able to meet deadlines on time
- Confidence to lead on projects and proactively manage stakeholders

A full-time permanent position with a well-established Kent organisation who are expanding their marketing team to support business growth. Hybrid working, a good benefits package and a base salary of £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience. Some travel required.
