**Position Overview**: As a Dental Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive oral care to our patients. Working closely with our experienced dental team, you will be responsible for performing a range of dental procedures and treatments to promote oral health and hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dental Treatment**:

- Conduct routine dental examinations and assessments.
- Provide preventive dental care, including scaling and polishing.
- Carry out restorative procedures, such as placing fillings.
- **Periodontal Care**:

- Perform periodontal assessments and treatment.
- Provide advice on oral hygiene practices and demonstrate proper techniques.
- Educate patients on the importance of maintaining good gum health.
- **Patient Communication**:

- Establish rapport with patients and create a comfortable dental experience.
- Clearly communicate treatment plans, options, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Address patient concerns and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- **Collaboration with Dental Team**:

- Work collaboratively with dentists, dental hygienists, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in case discussions and treatment planning meetings.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Proven experience as a Dental Therapist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
