- Manage ledgers from start to finish including inputting invoices, updating customer information, and creating reports for billing purposes.
- Maintain inventory of inventory control software, ledgers, invoices, customer files, etc.
- Responding to queries received into the purchase ledger inbox
- Reconciling statements
- Allocating payments to specific invoices.

**Skills**:

- Proven accounts administration
- Attention to detail
- Data Entry
