**Job Overview**:
Primary activities include accounting processes in line with poilcy and approval, issuing of tool kits and equipment to engineers in line with their day to day training needs. There is also a necessity to conduct a secondary dutie, accounting, custody and issue of munitions, this request is to be conducted during times of abcence.

**Main Duties**

Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Manage the store in compliance with all MOD policies and processes.
- Day to day issue and receipt of tools & equipment in line with engeneering demand.
- Conduct basic housekeeping of all store areas.
- Conduct equipment inspections and where applicable, conduct the quarantine of any unservicable items.
- Ensure all equipment is correctly labelled and documented inaccordance with policy and authority.
- Assist in conducting all compliance checks.
- Carry out basic stores activities in relation to receiving and despatching of consignments.
- Attend/substitute on engeneering meetings that have a supply/logístical interaction.
- Develop & maintain effective relationships will all customers, stakeholders, other contractors and other sub Mitie departments.
- Actively promote a safe working culture and adhere to Health & Safety procedures and processes.
- Undertake any other tasks determined by the Mitie Logistical Manager, including any requirements determined by the business need.

**Secondary Duties**:
Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Act as cover for the Issue and receiving of ammunition when required.
- Manage all booking requirements in and out.
- Assist/conduct weekly/monthly stock quantity checks.
- Controle and sorting of returned stores.
- Raise all supporting documentation to accompany transported stores out of station.
- Collate and present KPI information, presenting evidence where necessary.
- Management of Batch controled products.

- Professional ability with a desired track record of delivering quality Store-keeping and Administration support.
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
- Responsive to company and customer requirements.
- Pro-active and versatile with the ability to adapt to the changing needs in line with business need.
- Good organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Good customer facing skills and the ability to develop close working relationships
- Experience/familiarity in a similar military role would be an advantag but not essential

**Additional Information**
- Required to wear approved company work-wear.
