**Your new company**
Hays Education are working with multiple schools across the Wigan and surrounding areas providing them with Teaching Assistants for EYFS, KS1 and KS2. We have recently seen an increase in demand for this particular job role and we are looking for hard workingand reliable individuals to fill these roles. These roles are available on an immediate start and are across both mainstream and SEN school. There are positions available on a long-term basis through until summer but there is also the option to do day-to-dayor short term roles depending on your needs, we look to place you in a role that you are comfortable in.
**Your new role**
As a teaching assistant you will be responsible for supporting pupils in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2, during lessons in a group or 1:1 setting as well as supporting the class teacher. By being a teaching assistant, you should posses good behaviour management skillsand hit the ground running by building up those relationships with pupils as well as staff. There are a variety of TA roles available so if you are interested in finding out more information please do not hesitate to get in touch.
