Counsellor And/or Psychotherapist Romanian Speaker

Therapethical Community Interest Company is a not-for-profit organisation for talking therapies.

We are looking for Hindi speakers who are accredited or soon-to-be accredited therapists to join our growing team.

You'll help clients explore and express their thought processes, feelings and behaviour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address their mental health concerns
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client's needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients manage symptoms and improve overall well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records per legal and ethical standards
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in psychotherapy to ensure high-quality care
- Attend regular supervision meetings to discuss cases and receive guidance from senior clinicians

**Requirements**:

- Hindi Speaker
- Master's degree level in psychology, counselling, or a related field
- Current state licensure as a psychotherapist or eligibility for licensure
- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or solution-focused therapy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with other professionals
- Ability to establish rapport with clients and create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment
- Empathy and compassion for individuals experiencing mental health challenges
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality

**Salary**: £48,510.00-£50,998.00 per year
