The Role:

- Inspiring, developing and motivating team members to maximise efficiency and customer experience
- Ensuring our food & drink offering is served to the correct specification
- Opening and closing the Beach Venues
- Promoting all sales in line with company requirements
- Completing daily line checks
- Greeting and communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
- Ensuring the smooth running of shifts
- PDR is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and Adults at Risk and expects all Team Members to share this commitment. Background checks including DBS (or equivalent) will be carried out if appropriate._
