**Position**:
From £11 per hour & 40 hours per week

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday - 8am until 4.30pm

To assist in the efficient operations of the warehouse. Support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day tasks required to maintain customers’ requirements and expectations.

Work as a key member of the team, carrying out tasks within the containers, shrink wrapping and storing of pallets into stock, picking and processing customers’ orders, loading pallets and orders in the dispatch area.
- Actively support other team members to ensure targets and tasks are completed.
- Deliver good working relationships with all team members.
- Work to get routine daily tasks done in time and to the standard required.
- Confidently deal with customer problems and able to establish customer needs.
- Consistently achieve personal targets and assist team members to achieve team success.
- Be aware of the risks in the work environment and their potential impact on self, colleagues, and take action to address them.
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience in delivering problem-solving, communication, delegation, and planning.
- Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
- Fork lift Truck License Held (desirable)
- Ability to manage a number of task and initiatives simultaneously
- Understand supply chain connectivity with all departments
- Understand complete end to end flow of sales to dispatch aligned to OTIF
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise

**Key competencies and skills**
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Strong materials handling skills to safely move products without damage
- Forklift Experience will be an advantage, however not essential as training can be provided
- Remain composed and supportive during high pressure situations
- Health & Safety Training
- Team Player
- Customer service Good Communicator
