An opportunity has arisen to join our excellent Student and Library Services Learning, Teaching and Research Team. This part time Academic Librarian role is part of a Learning, Development and Support team, responsible for the management, development, creation and delivery of support for learning, teaching, research and enterprise activities to University stakeholders and partners, including providing direct support to Academic Schools.

They will contribute to the open development programme with the creation of innovative learning support materials and will have and develop a liaison and relationship management role with colleagues based in the Academic Schools. They will have information literacy, research and skills development and support experience. They will also have experience of collection and content development. They will lead on an assigned specific area of expertise to co-ordinate its development and delivery across the whole team.

The post holder will be a member of the Department of Student and Library Services Extended Leadership Team and will operationalise SLS vision, strategies and services.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post will **not** qualify for university sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
