**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Life Cycle Cost Plans for buildings, properties and constructed assets using Excel models and databases.
- Making Whole Life Carbon Assessments for buildings and constructed assets using proprietary software.
- Advising client’s as to how to optimise their future operating costs and meet their Net Zero Carbon commitments.
- Helping manage life cycle commissions with defined levels of responsibility.
- Contributing to the preparation of proposals and client management.
- Supporting other Consult projects in Asset Management, Facilities Management, NZC and Sustainability.

**Requirements**:

- Numerically accurate and proficient in Excel.
- Team player capable of working in multi-discipline teams.
- Good communication skills
- verbal and written.
- Construction, Surveying or Engineering background is desirable.
- Looking to progress your career & achieve Chartered status.
- Experience of providing life-cycle costing and carbon cost consultancy advice is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, OneClick LCA and BREEAM Man02 LCC and Mat01 LCA would be beneficial.
